Using QuoteSooner
These terms apply to your use of the QuoteSooner website and service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you must have authority to act for that business.
Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, the people you authorize to use it and the information you submit. Use the service lawfully. Do not upload content you lack permission to use, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or upload malicious files. Do not upload defense-controlled or export-restricted drawings.
Your content
You retain ownership of your drawings, requests and quotes. You give us permission to host, process and transmit that content as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload it and share it with your chosen recipients. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Estimates and quotes
QuoteSooner helps prepare quotes and may suggest details or estimates using automated tools. Suggestions may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing drawings, quantities, costs, pricing, delivery terms and all other details before sending or relying on a quote. We do not guarantee manufacturing costs, profitability or customer acceptance.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed at the price and billing interval shown when you subscribe and renew until canceled. You can cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation and workspace access follow the terms shown at subscription. Any applicable taxes or refund terms will be presented at purchase; statutory rights are unaffected. Evaluation access may be limited or end at the agreed time.
Availability and responsibility
We may update the service or suspend access to address misuse, nonpayment or security concerns. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
